Shipping methods
We ship worldwide via DHL, FedEx, UPS and EMS. For urgent orders we offer same-day dispatch on in-stock items confirmed before 16:00 (UTC+8).
Lead time
In-stock parts are dispatched within 1–2 business days after payment. Out-of-stock or sourced items typically ship within 5–15 business days; the exact lead time is stated in your quotation.
Packaging
All products are packed in original manufacturer packaging when available, with ESD-safe and shock-absorbing materials for sensitive electronics.
Tracking & support
A tracking number is sent by email as soon as your order ships. If anything goes wrong in transit, contact us and we will handle the claim with the carrier on your behalf.
