Return window
You may request a return within 30 days of delivery if the product is unopened, unused and in its original packaging. Custom-sourced or special-order items are excluded unless defective.
Warranty
All products are covered by the manufacturer's warranty (typically 12 months). Items that fail within the warranty period will be repaired, replaced or refunded after manufacturer confirmation.
How to return
Contact us with your order number and a short description (photos help). We will issue a return authorization and instructions. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
